Ingredients

  • 200 gms sugar


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 1/4 tsp citric acid


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 pineapple

Directions

  • Slice the pineapple and grind them
  • Sieve the paste and keep aside.
  • Heat sugar in a pan and add water so that sugar sinks in it
  • Bring to 2-3 boils and then add the sieved paste.
  • Keep boiling for 2-3 minutes and then add citric acid and salt and mix well.
  • Cool completely and store in an airtight container in freezer and use as required
